The famous MICHELIN Latex AirComp inner tube is available here in size 700×22 / 23 . This is an inner tube for road bikes, with a 42mm valve. We thus have the width of a competition tire (18 or 25 mm) and a low rim . The Latex inner tube is particularly light and comfortable , however it loses more air than a conventional inner tube.
