Shimano J40C Ice Tech pads for Shimano XTR, Deore XT, SLX, Alfine brakes

The SHIMANO brake pads for Shimano XTR, Deore XT, SLX, Alfine type disc brakes, available here in a metal version, offer excellent braking performance. They are fitted with the Ice Tech cooling system which slows down the rise in temperature of the pads thanks to grooves. They have a longer life than organic pads and braking deteriorates less when the temperature rises. A gradual break-in of around 30 brakes is essential to benefit from the maximum efficiency of your pads.
